OMNICART Limited is a Nigerian technology company building CommerceOS - a secure, intelligent platform that lets any organisation sell, buy, manage and grow from one ecosystem.
Why we started
Most operations across the region still run commerce on disconnected parts.
A loose page for orders, a spreadsheet for stock, a separate device for payment, a phone call for delivery. Each piece works. Together they limit revenue, hide data and cap growth.
Enterprises and public institutions face the same delays: procurements, approvals, suppliers and reporting run on heavy systems that were never designed to talk to each other, with no audit trail to trace leakages or waste.
We built CommerceOS so one platform handles the entire cycle - catalogue, checkout, payment, fulfillment and reporting - with dynamic localization strong enough that a single deployment can serve a market vendor and a state agency at the same time.
